The gardens near and around Sheila Tobin's house in 2002 looked wonderful due to her constant care.

The second garden is an ever-changing round of seasonal flowers at the front of the house with bulbs, bushes, perennials and annuals. There is usually a changing array in the parkway area and on the porch, with tropical plants, annuals and hanging baskets.
