1644 W. Chase
This classic American Foursquare house was built for the businessman J.D.Ross in 1911. Over the years the house has undergone substantial changes, including a 1992 remodeling that added a family room on the first floor, two bedrooms on the second floor, and an office suite on the third.
The living room is unusually large and open. The staircase is original, with wonderful leaded glass windows at the landing. French doors lead from the living room to the sun porch, which was enclosed and raised to the same level.
